How Do I Set Up My First Pickup?
To get started, just fill out our online form or call us at (725) 303-1682. We’ll take your information, confirm your home or office pickup location, and add you to our scheduled service route. On service days, just leave your bag outside by 8:00 AM and we’ll handle the rest.
Do I Need to Be There?
No need. Our drivers pick up and deliver to the spot you choose, whether it’s your front door, garage, porch, or office reception. You don’t need to be present.
What Days Are Pickup and Delivery Available?
Service runs bi-weekly, depending on your location, either Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday.
When Will My Items Be Returned?
Orders are returned on the next service day. For example, if we pick up on Monday, your items will be back on Thursday.
How Much Does It Cost?
Pickup and Delivery Service is completely free. You pay the same prices as our in-store customers, with no contracts, no minimums, and no extra fees.
